Effective date: March 5, 2026

1. Acceptance and Scope

By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These Terms apply to the mint interface, reveal tools, checklists, and related static release files.

2. Service Description

The site provides deterministic payload generation, block eligibility checks, and local reveal tooling. Minting is external inscribing only; this site generates payloads and verifies reveal state. The site does not custody user assets, execute wallet signatures, provide an authoritative live minted-state service, or guarantee third-party service availability.

3. Eligibility and Compliance

You represent that you are legally permitted to use this site in your jurisdiction and are responsible for your own compliance obligations, including sanctions, tax, consumer, and digital asset laws.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Verify block, payload, deploy ID, and destination before inscription.
  • Understand that the site does not confirm live mint availability before inscription.
  • Protect your seed phrase, recovery words, and private keys.
  • Use only trusted links and avoid impersonation or phishing channels.
  • Understand that confirmed blockchain actions are generally irreversible.

5. Fees and Taxes

Release 1 is a free mint from the project perspective. You remain responsible for all wallet, inscription, miner/network fees, and taxes that may apply to your activity.

6. No Advice; No Guarantees

Information on this site is for technical and informational use only. Nothing here is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. We make no promise of market value, liquidity, or performance.

7. Intellectual Property

Except where rights are explicitly granted elsewhere, all site code, copy, and non-user content remain owned by their respective rights holders. On-chain inscriptions and transferability are subject to the relevant protocol and network rules.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including wallet compromise, phishing losses, or third-party outages.

9. Termination and Changes

We may update or discontinue site features at any time. Continued use after updates means acceptance of revised Terms. Material updates will be reflected by the effective date on this page.

10. Contact and Disputes

For project communications, use official published channels only. Dispute handling and governing law are subject to applicable law and may vary by user jurisdiction.
